  • Complete and submit application and application fee of $35.00 for each applicant.
  • Make appointment to sign the lease by either emailing us or calling our office at 205.226.8666. This will be done in our office located at 3125 Independence Dr., Suite 100 , Birmingham, AL 35209.
  • Provide check, certified funds, or a money order for the security deposit and first month's rent. Your first month's rent will be pro-rated if occupancy is less than the full month. Please ask your leasing specialist for the pro-rated amount.
  • If a guarantor is allowed, the guarantor will also need to fill out an application for approval.
  • Activate utilities prior to occupancy. Go to Residents Services Moving In section fo the website for phone numbers and links to various utility providers.
