- Complete and submit application
and application fee of $30.00 (cash or money order only) for
each applicant. Don't
forget to bring in your online
coupon when you apply for the apartment to receive $50.00 off your first month's rent on
participating properties!
- Make appointment to sign the
lease by either emailing
us or calling our office at 205.226.8666. This will be done in our office (shown in the
picture above - look for the green awning). Click here for directions
to our office.
- Provide check, certified
funds,
or a money order for the security deposit and first month's rent.
Your first month's rent will be pro-rated if occupancy is less
than the full month. Please ask your leasing agent for the
pro-rated amount.
- If a guarantor is allowed, the
guarantor will also need to fill out an application for
approval.
- Activate utilities prior to
occupancy. Go
to Moving Information section for
phone numbers and links to various utility providers.
