  • Complete and submit application and application fee of $50.00 for each applicant.
  • Make appointment to sign the lease by either emailing us or calling our office at 205.226.8666. This will be done in our office located at 231 22nd Street South Suite 203, Birmingham, AL 35233.
  • Provide check, certified funds, or a money order for the security deposit and first month's rent. Your first month's rent will be pro-rated if occupancy is less than the full month. Please ask your leasing specialist for the pro-rated amount.
  • If a guarantor is allowed, the guarantor will also need to fill out an application for approval.
  • Activate utilities prior to occupancy. Go to Residents Services Moving In section fo the website for phone numbers and links to various utility providers.
